Service Description

Our Puppy intro Groom is designed to introduce your little one to the grooming in the kindest, calmest way possible. We take things slow, with soft hands, soothing voices, and plenty of cuddles to help your pup feel safe, relaxed and confident.  This session includes: A gentle bath with puppy- safe shampoo A light fluff dry Face, feet and hygiene tidy  Nail trim Ear Clean Desensitisation to tools (clippers, dryers ect) Lots of praise, play & positive reinforcement  The aim isn't perfection- it's comfort, trust, and making sure your pup leaves with a wagging tail. Our goal is to build positive associations with grooming and us from the very start, setting them up for a lifetime of stress free grooms. We'll also chat with you about coat care, grooming routines, and what to expect as your pup grows. It's more than just a groom - It's there first spa day. Our prices are based on your pups size / breed , see more information below to help you choose correct size category for your pup. Toy Breeds include: Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Pomeranian, Papillon, Toy Poodle Small Breeds include: Shih tzu, Cavalier, Bichon Frise, Jack Russel, Pug, French Bull Dog, Cavapoo, Westies, Miniature Schnauzer Medium Breeds Include; Cockapoo, Cocker Spaniel, Springer Spaniel, Bulldog, Beagle Large Breeds Include: Labrador, Labradoodle, Standard poodle, Border Collie, Standard Schnauzer. XL Breeds Include: Great Dane, Newfoundland, St Bernard, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepard. If you are unsure about category please pop us a message and we can help. Please note that if the wrong size is selected, we will need to adjust price of your groom accordingly. There are other aspects that could impact the cost such as coat condition - please see our policies for more information. This being said , we do our very best to maintain the price listed and any amendments to this will be discussed with you beforehand.
